Certo, il talento ha un ruolo importante per i successi ottenuti come cantante o musicista, ma in tutte le discipline è esercitandosi che si migliora e si diventa esperti. . Secondo il celebre psicologo Anders Ericsson, tutti possono diventare esperti praticando sufficientemente una disciplina. Secondo lui, per diventare un esperto sono necessarie 20 ore di pratica a settimana per 50 settimane all'anno durante dieci anni (per un totale di 10 000 ore). Ma anche per coloro che adorano la musica 10 000 ore di pratica sono tante e rischiano di limitare la vita privata.

I Grammy Awards : la musica si veste di luce

I Grammy Awards hanno segnato la storia della musica : pensiamo ai Beatles e alle loro 26 nomination, a Stevie Wonder che detiene il record del più alto numero di ricompense ricevute, o a Mariah Carey che aveva solo 20 anni quando ricevette il suo primo Grammy.
